Returns

If you would like to return an item, follow this easy process:

1. Email service@socialdressshop.com for a Return Authorization code, and indicate if the item is to be returned/exchanged.
2. We prefer USPS as a return shipping carrier. You may use FedEx, UPS, or USPS; it is up to your discretion. Click here to use "Click N Ship" with USPS and print from your home computer. Receive confirmation code and store until return is completed.
3. Drop off sealed box/envelope at preferred drop-off location. 

RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from purchase date.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed
Merchandise must have all tags attached
Items returned without designer tags or Social Dress Shop tags may result in a delayed refund, or may not be eligible for a refund
*The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
*Socialdressshop.com does not refund shipping for returns (except when items are shipped damaged).
* Items that do not meet these above criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
Since many of our items sell out quickly, if you wish to exchange an item, we suggest that you place an order on the new item and return the other item as soon as possible for a full item refund. 

Social Dress Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage from returns. 
Buyer may want to insure their package or pay attention to the confirmation code.

FINAL SALE  Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESSING: UPDATED: 
Returned items must be in original condition and received within 14 days from purchase date.
After 14 days, the package will be denied and no refund or exchange may occur.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Social Dress Shop (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable). Returns that qualified for free shipping will have that original price paid for shipping deducted from the returned amount.
